Services: Lighting as a Service
Some may wonder how a simple LED lighting system can contribute so vastly in minimizing environmental impact, but implementing a LED lighting system into a business process can help reduce its CO2 emission by a maximum of 80% per year. With the trust in delivering energy efficiency, reduced energy costs, and reduced CO2 emissions, Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. partnered with SEOS to convert its Warehouse Department lighting system into an optimized LED system. With this change, the department managed to reduce its CO2 footprint by 75% and its energy consumption by 70%.
SEOS implemented a total of 172 lighting fixtures throughout the Warehouse Department which consists of 3 warehouses and a storage yard. For the lighting of its yard, SEOS provided the electrical construction needed to place the new LED floodlights. The Warehouse Department can now perform their daily activities in a well-lit environment that ensures energy efficiency, low environmental impacts, and reduced operational costs.
